The owner of this beautiful camper van wanted to make travelling on ferries and going offroad easier. Because of the LVR body styling, clearance was a problem. We recommend our AirRide Custom kit with an upgrade to triple bags on the front. This kit uses Boss bags, which have a phenomenal load and great lift capacity. The Custom kit can also be used for lowering the vehicle as that is what most of our customers are after.

As with most campers, this was a hidden installation meaning the compressor, controller and tank don't take up any space inside the cab but are instead tucked away under the vehicle.

If you have damaged or worn out Dunlop bags then this is the product for you! This kit is designed for upgrading from 7 inch Dunlop Bags to 7 inch Boss bags.

Why Boss? Their heavy duty bags are rated up to 160 PSI and are ideal for heavy vehicles that spend most of their life at the full rated weight - which is every motorhome! Very tough and tested in the Australian Outback, these bags are made to be abused.

This is a universal kit designed primarily to convert older motorhomes but can fit many vehicles and is an ideal starter pack to build your own kit.

We often get calls from customers with older motorhomes looking for replacement airbags. The brackets are still good but the bags have worn out. They have either bought their motorhome recently and therefore are not familiar with air suspension or have had their motorhome for so long that it is impossible to remember the part number.

Since there are about 10 000 airbags in common use we thought - let's come up with a new universal kit! It is quicker and easier than asking customers to send us photos with bag measurements or post the bags to us and then spend a considerable amount of time trying to match them.

Although designed primarily to convert older motorhomes, this kit can fit many vehicles and is an ideal starter pack to build your own kit. It will require fabrication and is classed as 'advanced fit'. If in doubt about fitment requirements please get in contact or get your installer to get in contact and we can discuss what is required.

We have added some very special kits for the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y to our shop. These vehicles do not have the smoothest suspension on earth and benefit from the softest of air. These kits from our friends at UAS in California are well developed using OEM style components for  the best ride possible. As always with UAS they also have incredible lift and drop, and this is the kit we would use on our own car. One of the reasons that these models need air suspension is the weight of the vehicles with the battery packs which is about the same as many SUV's. The kit can be seen HERE.

The kits are easy to install being essentially a bolt on conversion, and can therefore be installed by any competent local garage or custom specialist, or of course we are happy to install at out Norwich premises. If you need more info please make contact via email or phone.

Although we stopped stocking DSC Nederland B.V. (Dunlop Netherlands) kits some time ago we still warranty those we have sold and/or installed and we continue to hold spares. Every now and then we receive enquiries about Dunlop kits. These are some of the ones we have left currently.

We also stock replacement Dunlop bags made by Dunlop Systems and Components in Coventry (Dunlop Coventry), compatible bellows from other sources, and some Dunlop Coventry products. Dunlop Netherlands kits are great on low weight vans which occasionally go to maximum weight but they are not so good on vehicles that spend all of their time at the full rated weight of the vehicle - which is every motorhome and most plumbers vans! Therefore we switched a few years ago to Boss kits as they are expressly designed for very heavy vehicles: vans, campervans and motorhomes. Boss kits use the heaviest duty brackets, and heaviest duty bags for any range of load support kits on the market. Firestone, VB Air Suspension, and Dunlop rate their bags and kits  in use up to about 100-105 psi usually. Heavy motorhomes can need all that pressure and often more. Boss bags are rated up to 160 psi, and are tested to not burst up to 750 or 1000 psi!! Neither us nor Boss have ever seen a properly fitted bag fail, burst or leak. Using a kit which is at around 50% of its capacity in use, results in a product that will last far longer than one used at 100% of its capacity. Kits requiring less than 50-60 psi in use will offer almost no useable support in most applications.

We are proud to present our latest development - the full front hybrid kit for Sprinter/Crafter! This hefty kit will replace your existing front suspension (transverse leaf spring on this particular vehicle) and includes replacement springs, upper brackets, lower brackets, underfloor pump and cage mounts and large twin bags. The max combined capacity is incredible 3.5 tons for the front axle - well beyond any real life scenario! It rides well, lifts well, drops loads and is something we have been constantly asked for over the past few years. So we finally did it!!!

Because of some of the characteristics of the Sprinter/Crafter front this is not a strut kit but a complete conversion kit.

From camper vans to custom show vehicles to vehicles that need delicate load solutions, there are many possible applications for this kit.

If you’re looking for both comfort and drop, this is the kit for you. Designed and made by us here in Norwich, it is a heavy duty kit with large diameter high capacity front bags. This is the correct bag for the size and weight of the vehicle and specifically designed for heavy motorhomes and campers. We also offer a TA Technix kit for this vehicle but its for lighter vehicles and is expressly unsuited to motorhomes which need a heavier kit. The kit uses some of the highest rated bags in common use on the market. Although some minor cutting and drilling is required to fit this kit it is worth it for the advantages it offers.
