Upgrade Kit

If you have an existing air suspension system it can often need an upgrade. Below are parts that you might find helpful.

Tank Drain Valve
This is a manual tank drain valve. This item is a highly recommended addition to any system as it allows for removal of water which condenses from the air when any air in compressed. By regularly removing this water it reduces the rust issues on steel tanks. Even on aluminium tanks which we use and do not suffer corrosion to the same degree a water drain is still highly recommended.

Air Fill Station
For the ultimate in versatility the use of an On Board Air (OBA) supply gives the ability to lift and drop the vehicle at the touch of a button (including on the move). All basic kits come with Schrader valves (tyre valves) meaning that you can inflate the system anywhere you can inflate a tyre. This is fine for assistance kits as with big vans and motorhomes using “assistance” kits but for those using airbags as the sole suspension (Vito/T4/T5) and OBA kit allows adjustment for all variations of road, weather and load conditions. This is the Low Duty OBA kit for irregular use. The compressor is rated at 15% duty cycle at 100 psi, and a maximum of 120 psi (bag max rating 100 psi). Appropriate pressure switch relay fittings and a small tank are included for instant adjustment.

Compressor
The compressor is rated at 100% duty cycle at 100 psi, and a maximum of 200 psi (bag max rating 100 psi).
