4¾ Inch (Micro) Single Convoluted Airbag

One of our smallest bags from Universal Air. Rated to 110 PSI and the tested burst pressure is 618 PSI. For very custom projects only – don’t choose this bag because of its size and don’t use it on heavy vehicles.

Description

High tech modern 4¾ inch single convoluted airbag.

  • Compressed height: 2″ / 50mm
  • Fully extended height: 7″ / 170mm
  • Bench (relaxed un-mounted) height: 5.2″/ 133mm
  • Top plate diameter: 3″ / 76.3mm
  • Bench width: 4.4″ / 111mm
  • Top port: 1/4″ NPT
  • Top and bottom hole sizes (3 holes, centre and two side either use one or two): 44.6mm to centres of outside holes/ 22.3mm between holes
  • Bolts required: 3/8″ UNC x 3/4
  • Machined 6061 aluminium caps

Can be used for front or rear suspension conversion.  With the smaller diameter, it will provide a firmer ride compared to the 5¼ Inch (Mini) Single Convoluted Airbag and the 6 Inch Single Skinned Single Convoluted Airbag. Maximum outside diameter when compressed is 4.75″ and will shrink down to about 4.625″ when inflated. Rated max 900 kg per side but recommended to be used at half that.

Warranty

Airide Limited offer a warranty on Universal Air products for a period of one year from the time of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

If the kit does not appear to fit – STOP and call us, as a vehicle misidentification may have occurred. Kits will be accepted for return and exchange only if they are undamaged. The buyer must cover the return postage.

Delivery

Postage cost varies for Universal Air products. If multiple items are ordered you will only be charged postage costs for the heaviest item. Delivery will be calculated at check out.
