We are always receiving inquiries from clients wanting the cult car that is the VW Caddy converted to air. For some time we have wanted to develop a kit. This will be under way shortly and we hope to be able to start deliveries from early February. If you want to be added to the waiting list then please let us know.

We have been experiencing shortages of pressure switches during the summer. We have limited numbers in stock today but don’t expect them to last.
We are also able to install air suspension on trailers, under 3500Kg. This is in addition to all cars, vans, motorhomes, minibuses, and motorcycles. The Trailer page is HERE. Video to be added shortly.
We have just finished adding the bulk of our commonly used airbags (also called air springs or air bags or rubber bellows) to our shop where they can be purchased. These are at the heart of any air suspension conversion. The Airbag supports the weight of the vehicle and is responsible for the great ride and the ability to lift or drop the vehicle.
Almost every day I am approached by someone wanting to replace a worn out airbag. Usual life expectancy is probably greater than a metal coil or leaf spring at about 5-10 years with negligible deterioration is ride quality – its the air that supports the vehicle and not the rubber! Metal springs are softer after only a few years.
If you are replacing an existing spring then our end caps are aluminium to resist rust, and have multiple fittings to assist if you are upgrading from Firestone, Dunlop or other old style airbags. Please email pictures and dimensions if you need advice – its rarely as simple as a part number when replacing airbags.

We have exciting news on the Classic Mini kit front. We have been busy redeveloping our air suspension kit for the Classic Rover/Austin Mini and hope to have the new kits available and in stock for the start to middle of September. Although we have been producing air suspension kits for the mini since 2007 they required very expensive billet front dampers.
The new kit uses an alternative solution that gives more lift, more comfort and reduced production costs.
The redevelopment work will hopefully see a very stripped down and basic kit introduced in the sub £1000 bracket. As always a huge number of options ensure that every kit is built to meet an individual clients needs.
We have lovely METAL compressors for air suspension. They vary from our superb 200psi, 100% duty cycle at 100 psi units pictured down to the trailer and van units at 120 psi 15% duty cycle. All compressors are specifically designed for use as suspension compressors and are not recycled tyre inflation units. We recommend the high spec units for most applications. They are a better specification that the compressors used on new range rovers and other high end prestige cars.
We will be closed for the entire week of the Jubilee from Monday4th and will re-open on the 11th June 2012.

The deal is that we will basically subsidize the development aspect of the conversion leaving the client to pay for the kit and basic installation. This represents a discount of around £2500-£3000.
