To fill your tank quicker if you are using the system a lot – play and generally having fun and enjoying your air suspension. Can also add redundancy in the event of a compressor failure and extend the life by halving the workload. These are specifically air suspension compressors and up to the job required. This unit is rated at 200 psi maximum and a remarkable 100% duty cycle at 100 psi (more normal operating range). It does have a 33% duty cycle at 200psi which is equally remarkable. These unit are highly reliable and last for years.

Many clients have delicate and valuable cargo to transport and a standard van or trailer just won’t do the job. Such clients often transport aircraft and helicopter parts, museum pieces such as vases and paintings, computer equipment, computer servers for TV companies outside broadcast units, rare glass, and of course injured people. Each requires an air suspension solution that is bespoke and not catered for in our load support kits, or low rider kits.
Clients who have specific requirements and whom think they need air suspension but may not be sure what they need are welcome to contact the sales office for further information. We can design an air suspension solution specifically to meet each clients needs.
After struggling over the past few months to keep bags in stock due to high demand we now have pallets of bags on the shelf for around 90% of all bags we supply. These can be purchased via the shop but if you need advice please feel free to email office@airride.co.uk.
Every day we are asked to supply replacement bags for vehicles due to airbag failure (usually after 5-15 years in service). If you need replacement air bags then please measure the bag, and send some digital pictures of the bag (still on the vehicle if necessary), in the first instance. From this we should be able to advise as you should note part numbers are almost entirely useless and we generally supply only current technology for bags.
For replacement of worn out or damaged airbags it is essential for safety reasons to replace them in pairs. This is true of metal springs true but doubly so for airbags as technology has moved on considerably over the past few years with spring rates appropriate for vehicles being used.

We are always receiving inquiries from clients wanting the cult car that is the VW Caddy converted to air. For some time we have wanted to develop a kit. We have been experiencing shortages of pressure switches during the summer. We have limited numbers in stock today but don’t expect them to last.
