Pressure switches are a vital safetly item in any air suspension system as they ensure the tank is not over pressurised. They are also vital to the functioning of the system. There are 2 figures quoted for each. The first (is the lower figure and called the on-pressure) is the pressure below which the compressor will come on if air is used from the tank. The second figure is the off-pressure and the maximum that the compressor will fill the tank to. Once it reaches this pressure it will switch off.
90/120 with tail
This is a very common pressure swtich for low pressure systems, and low specification compressors.
90 psi on, and 120 psi off, sealed with long tail. 30amp capacity.
110/145 with tail
This is a very common pressure swtich for medium pressure systems, and low to medium specification compressors. 110 psi on, and 145 psi off, sealed with long tail. 30 amp capacity. Ideal for 150psi tanks.
165/200
This is a very common pressure swtich for high pressure systems, and high specification compressors. 165 psi on, and 200 psi off, sealed with long tail. 20 amp capacity. Must be used only with 200psi tanks.
Air Pressure Switch; 110-145 PSI;
Turns compressor on at pressures less than 110 PSI and shut the compressor off at 145 PSI. Threads are 1/8″ MNPT.
NOTE: Will work with all compressors excluding the Viair 100C Compressor 130 PSI
Air Pressure Switch; 145-175 PSI;
Turns compressor on at pressures less than 145 PSI and shut the compressor off at 175 PSI. Threads are 1/8″ MNPT.
NOTE: This pressure switch is only recommended for the Viair 380C and Viair 480C compressors.
Air Pressure Switch; 85-105 PSI;
Turns compressor on at pressures less than 84 PSI and shut the compressor off at 105 PSI. Threads are 1/8″ MNPT.
NOTE: Will work with all Air Lift compressors.
