We supply a range of compressors. These are all 12v dc and powered by the vehicles onboard 12v dc electrical supply. The compressor generates the air for the air suspension. It is usual to have the compressor fill a tank for versatility but this is not always the case. Pictures are for illustration only and may not match the exact style of the compressor.

To fill your tank quicker if you are using the system a lot - play and generally having fun and enjoying your air suspension. Can also add redundancy in the event of a compressor failure and extend the life by halving the workload. These are specifically air suspension compressors and up to the job required. This unit is rated at 200 psi maximum and a remarkable 100% duty cycle at 100 psi (more normal operating range). It does have a 50% duty cycle at 200psi which is equally remarkable. These unit are highly reliable and last for many years.

We usually stock only chrome plated items for better durability although this is not guaranteed. The stainless steel heat resistant header hose is factory fitted and tested and will not leak or fracture in normal use. This compressor comes with an air filter for durability. In correct use these compressors are totally reliable and this is our recomended compressor for most uses.

Please ensure you have a pressure switch and relay if you are buying to build your own kit. Maximum dimensions 27cm x 18cm x 11cm, and requires airflow around compressor.

The Viair 380C is a truly-rated continuous duty, 12-volt, 200 PSI compressor. It is capable of filling a 5-gallon tank from 165 PSI to 200 PSI in 3-1/2 minutes consistently, while never pulling more than 16 amps of power (@13.8 volts). It is the choice for those who wish to keep the strain on their vehicles charging systems to a minimum. Features include a standard ” stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. *Must be used with a 200 PSI or lower pressure, non-adjustable pressure switch when used with an air tank.
