Please note that we are a small company. Although normally we are more than happy to see you this must be arranged in advance and is subject to diary availability. We do not have a walk-in shop. All parts that we sell are able to be fitted by us but this also is subject to a pre-arranged diary appointment. Our workshop charges £78/hour for larger jobs (over 8 hours) and £95/hour for smaller jobs. Senior technician rates are £95/hour for all work. We have a minimum charge of 2 hours. If you are unable to install any parts supplied by us, then we are happy to install them for you at our usual labour rate and subject to a booking in advance.
The most popular items that we sell are usually held in stock but sometimes they sell out. If you need specific stock advice (which changes hour by hour and day by day) please do call or email. Custom and bespoke items can take up to 30 days to have manufactured (and sometimes considerably longer), most products can be supplied next day or 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed. Please do not call us to check stock and then 3 months later call to say how urgent it is and how we said it was in stock (this does happen). We will always do our absolute best to ensure your items are with you asap and will always do our best to keep you updated if items are made especially for you.
Many custom made or imported items are not subject to the usual rights of cancelation. We are not Amazon – you cannot order one day and get the parts the next day most of the time. Delivery times vary – if a deadline is important please do ask in advance – don’t guess or assume. The website does not report stock levels. Just because it is on the website do not assume that it is in stock – please assume that it is not.
