Description
This is a hefty kit that offers full air suspension for the Mercedes sprinter and VW Crafter. Full air suspension means it is NOT fitted in addition to the existing springs that form the suspension but replaces it. This is a far bigger job, with far more components but it is the absolute best suspension available for these vehicles. Sometimes called “Limo” kits, WAV, or ambulance specification this is the kit used for delicate load solutions – such as ambulances, museum transit vehicles, or aviation transport (where air suspension is often mandated).
Basic kit includes replacement springs, upper brackets, lower brackets, underfloor pump and cage mounts and large twin bags (4 total) bags with max combined capacity 3.5 tons for the front axle!! This kit is advanced fit due to weight and number of parts but still a complex bolt on conversion. No fabrication is required unless there are any component conflicts.

This is a spring replacement kit fitted to the front axle to replace the standard spring for total control. Numerous control options exist. This kit replaces the standard transverse leaf spring on the front axle although can also be fitted in addition as a support kit
This is a FRONT axle only full air suspension kit. It does not include management or rear end suspension – all available separately.
