Site Use

This Site uses cookies only where necessary in order to operate the ordering cart system. Card details are encrypted and so not held by the company and all data is fully protected. Option to pay by bank transfer means customers never even have to give card details out. The site does use Google Analytics to monitor traffic but details and never provided to third parties and no directly identifiable data is kept unless clients place orders. We NEVER sell any customer details and never supply details to third parties. To turn off cookies please check your browser information for how to switch them off but note that our site will not allow you to order, and navigation may be impeded.

Deliveries

We use well known courier services to deliver our goods to ensure a prompt and reliable service. Items in stock at time of order will be dispatched within 24 hours, and the same day where possible. Items that are not in stock will take a little longer but we will keep you informed. Dunlop Systems and Components products are held in stock where possible, as are popular AirRide products, however some AirRide products are made to order.

Prices quoted on this site are GBP and delivery costs are for Mainland UK (excluding highlands). You are welcome to place your order if you are not within Central Mainland UK and we will issue a separate invoice for any postage surcharge once we have your order. Alternatively all customers are invited to email prior to ordering for a specific personal quote.

All kits are inspected prior to shipping but when your items arrive please do carefully inspect them. These kits are incredibly durable both on the vehicle and off and we have shipped them worldwide with no known issues. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives with any visible damage to the packaging please either sign the PDA/card as damaged, or else if the delivery driver is able to wait open the parcel before you sign for it.

All parcels we deliver require a signature. We recommend customers try to be home, or arrange for a family member to be home, on the day the tracking information indicates delivery. If you have given instructions for an item to be left in a shed, porch, greenhouse or other safe environment then this is considered to be delivered in good condition by the couriers and additionally you accept all liability for the parcel after delivery.

We will email tracking information on the automated system once your parcel is collected from us. That way you can anticipate its arrival. If however you are out then a card will be left and re-delivery organised. After a second attempt it may be returned to us and additional charges will be incurred.

Returns

Under the current UK and EU legislation these items are NOT subject to the standard right to return. We may accept returns at our discretion and only in the following circumstances:-

You have discussed the matter with us and we have agreed to accept the goods for return.
The cost of return will be met by the customer.
The goods MUST be in their original condition – unscratched, undamaged and fit for resale.
All goods must have their original packaging included and be fully in tact – the packaging must be fit for resale.
Items sent without prior approval will be refused.
Items sent without postage paid will be refused.
Refunds will be issued promptly after inspection of the packaging and goods. Deductions may be made or a refund refused for damaged items.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the original payment was  – i.e. onto the same card.

Faulty goods have separate arrangements, however customers can rest assured that during our extensive relationship with Dunlop we have never experienced a faulty kit. Dunlop test these items to the highest standards in the industry – once supplied every kit and every bag is then also inspected by us prior to shipping.

We attempt to provide detailed descriptions and images of our kits. However if upon opening your kit you suspect you have ordered the incorrect product(s) for your vehicle, please contact us prior to proceeding with fitting. We are unable to offer exchanges for kits that are not in new unused condition and with original packaging.

Warranty Claims

The high quality of the products we supply means your kits should last you many years to come. Warranties for registered products are 5 years for dunlop Products, and 2 years for most other products. For unregistered products the waranty period is 1 year. If you think you have a problem please email, call or write to us. Items will need to be returned for inspection prior to assessment of any claim.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please send this by email for the fastest response to office@airride.co.uk. All complaints are fully investigated. Please do note that we cannot be responsible for delays by the manufacturer, or by the courier and some things are out of our hands. Please also note that double checking your vehicle PRIOR to ordering will save expense, returns and re-postage costs. If you require any advice prior to purchase in identifying the kit you require please call, or email us with a description and if necessary pictures of your vehicle.
