VW Caddy Mk1 installs
We are always receiving inquiries from clients wanting the cult car that is the VW Caddy converted to air. For some time we have wanted to develop a kit. To help the VW community get on air we would be happy to heavily subsidise an install on a road legal road going Caddy.

Phone issues
It has come to our attention that the hugely incompetent company that is British Telecom, has a problem with our lines and it will take an additional 5 working days to resolve although its already taken 5 working days. We are told by BT that’s its an exchange problem.

VW T5 Low and Standard rear ends
We have just revised and updated the VW TRansporter T5 Van, Minibus and Motor Home rear end air conversions. We now offer a standard height full air rear end conversion, a super low full air rear end conversion and for 2wd only a support only conversion (sometimes called semi-air). Updated info and pictures will be listed shortly, but all 3 kits are £648.75 supplied plus £240 if fitting is required.
We also have a revised softer front end conversion for these superb vans which provides a much softer ride, than our previous sporty conversion. Front struts from £1300 per pair.
Mercedes sprinter Front end Kit
After a lot of research and development we have been able to design a front end kit for the 1996-2006 shape sprinter which provides air assistance to the original suspension.
The is particularly useful on A class motor home conversions, and massively improves stability on heavily laden vans, minibuses and motorhomes. Prices and pictures to be added shortly to the relevant Mercedes Van page available from the left hand menu.

SsangYong Rexton and Mercedes ML kit
We have just developed a kit for the SsangYong Rexton and Mercedes ML rear end. This kit allows for towing and heavy loading without running on the bumpstops. As always the kit can be fitted using schrader valves or with a more sophisticated controller to allow control from the dashboard (or boot). The kit is easily fitted by a mechanic and includes everything needed to convert the rear end, including upper and lower brackets, bags, valves and line. No drilling or cutting is required and the conversion is fully reversible if you trade or sell your vehicle.

Bespoke Air Installs
Each air installation is tailored to your own specific requirements. If we don’t have an on the shelf kit for your vehicle then we will make one. Using our in house CNC equipment we can usually make rear end kits for many Motor Homes and Vans on a while you wait basis, although this often takes all day.
As well as manufacturing many of our own kits, we can also fit any kit you may already have, and also fit kits from Dunlop and Firestone. We have probably the largest range of experience in air suspension installs of anyone in the country having installed air to a huge range of vehicles over the years, and are in the process of relocating our installation centre to a larger facility. We have a huge range of controllers ranging from fully computerised “dancing car” controllers down to the most basic Motorhome controller.
